1. When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your package is on the way.
2. How do you ship orders?
We primarily ship with USPS for fast, affordable delivery. Larger orders may ship with UPS if that’s more cost-effective.
3. Do you ship to all U.S. states?
We ship to most U.S. states. Some states (like Alaska, Hawaii, California, and others with strict agricultural regulations) may restrict certain seeds. If we can’t ship to your state, we’ll contact you with options or a refund.
4. What is your return policy?
If your seeds arrive damaged or incorrect, let us know within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund. Due to the nature of seeds, we can’t accept returns on opened packets.
5. How should I store my seeds before planting?
Store packets in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. For longer storage, use an airtight container until planting.
6. Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! If you’re in the La Vernia, TX area, you can choose Local Pickup at checkout. We’ll contact you to arrange a convenient time and location.
